Having completed numerous yacht charters as a sole chef, Mario thrives under pressure and delivers excellence in every setting — from intimate dinners to high-end events at sea. His cooking is guided by passion, precision, and a relentless pursuit of perfection.

At Mr Yacht Chef, we are proud to work with Chef Mario, a classically trained chef whose career began in some of the finest Italian restaurants. His culinary journey is rooted in the traditions of Italian cuisine, inspired by the great women of his family, and shaped by the simplicity and authenticity of the Mediterranean diet.
Mario’s repertoire extends far beyond his Italian foundations. With expertise in Asian, Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines, he skillfully combines international influences with Mediterranean principles to create dishes that balance genuine flavors, vibrant textures, and artistic presentation.
Meet Chef Mariano Veyssiere Anguiano
Mariano is a passionate private chef whose career blends craftsmanship, discipline, and creativity. Trained at the International Gastronomic Institute in Argentina and later completing a Master’s in Restaurant Management in Spain, he refined his skills in top kitchens—from artisan bakeries to one of Puerto Portals’ finest Japanese restaurants.
Now based in the Balearic Islands, Mariano serves as a private chef for luxury villas, known for his calm professionalism, precision, and warm approach with clients from around the world. His cooking philosophy centers on fresh, seasonal ingredients—often sourced from his own garden—and the belief that every dish should tell a story.
